PainDoctor.com is the global knowledge base for pain medicine, and is the collaborative effort of pain experts world-wide. Created a front-end and back-end system to allow users and staff the ability to easily create profiles on the site.
- Using Joomla!’s best coding practices, wrote several components which seamlessly integrate my profile create pages into the rest of Joomla!
- Use Google’s Map API to generate map with custom pin markers from users address.
- Generated search engine friendly links for all custom pages.
- All user activity is logged into MySQL database for later analysis.
- Integrated Joomla!’s email libraries to notify site admin when new users request to join.
- All components thoroughly checked for security and possible SQL injection attacts.
- All custom work was backed up and version controlled using SVN.
